Due to adverse weather, the day of our cleaning got shuffled around a bit and I wasn't home at the time of the work, however, without even asking for updates/pictures. Klean it Ken's texted me that they arrived, had their systems setup, advised of some scope of work and set expectations (already talked about but it was nice to get reinforced) and got to it. A few hours later, I got pics of a clean house, and they pointed out that one of my outdoor spigots is a bit sticky when closing. I am extremely pleased with the job Ken did on my house. He cleaned the siding, roof, sidewalks, front porch and driveway. He sealed the sidewalks, driveway, and front porch as well. He removed the streaks on the roof and removed algae where necessary. The siding looks very nice and clean. I am very impressed with how clean the roof is. The gutters look close to brand new and that says a lot since the gutters are 31 years old! The whole house looks absolutely great.
